It is not permissible to change the job title after it has been written or selected.

I acknowledge that all written and stated information is correct and accurate. In the event of any change, notification must be made within one week from its date.

Two full months must be completed in the social insurance system. If employment ends on any day during the month, the full month shall be counted for social insurance purposes.

In the event of a desire not to complete the period specified in the contract, Form (6) of social insurance must be signed, along with clearance after receiving all dues from the company, if any.

  لا يجوز العدول عن المسمّى الوظيفي بعد كتابته أو اختياره.

  أُقرّ بأن البيانات المكتوبة والمُوضّحة صحيحة وسليمة، وفي حال تغيير أيٍّ منها يجب الإخطار خلال أسبوع من تاريخه.

يجب استكمال مدة شهرين كاملين في التأمينات الاجتماعية، وفي حال الخروج في أي يوم خلال الشهر يُحتسب الشهر كاملًا في التأمينات الاجتماعية.

عند الرغبة في عدم استكمال المدة المحددة بالعقد، يجب التوقيع على استمارة (6) تأمينات، مع إخلاء الطرف بعد استرجاع جميع المستحقات من طرف الشركة إن وُجدت.
